Originally published in the 1770’s, Fenning’s calculator went through numerous editions. It was first published in Germantown, followed by editions printed in Reading, Chestnut Hill, Philadelphia, York, Baltimore and Harrisburg. An important business tool for the German American community. Printed in German by John Ritter as his well-known European Book and Art Shop, Philadelphia.
