Only edition. Attractive copy of this practical manual to the science and art of horse shoeing and care for horses. With chapters on the damage (“evils”) done to horse by poor shoeing practices, a description of the “goodenough horse shoe” and its benefits to the common horse, and a short description of the anatomy of the horse hoof. The illustrations provide detail to the methods described by the author.
