Rare catalogue which contains a list of fruits that are being cultivated, grafted and sold by the Royal Society of Agriculture in Florence. The list contains hundreds of varieties of apricots, cherries, apples, pears, peaches, plums, grapes, figs, strawberries, and currants. Each variety is named, with information about the quality of the fruit, when it ripens and the cost of the plants for sale. Quality is designated as prima or seconda, and in the case of the grapes tavola vino or simple vino. The grapes are also designated as nera, rossa, gialla. Not cited in Vittorio Niccoli.
